Bedford Reinforced Plastics strives to be easy to do business with. In fact, it’s at the heart of who they are. So when they enlisted our help with a website redesign, making their online experience more mobile- and user-friendly was our top priority. After reviewing Bedford’s Google Analytics, we surveyed internal and external stakeholders and assessed the competitive landscape to gain valuable insights. Then we worked with Bedford to organize the content so users can find what they need in fewer clicks. The new site is built in WordPress, allowing for easy content updates. It also integrates with Bedford’s internal systems to provide real-time inventory information — making it even easier to do business with Bedford.
