Delta Dental is known for dental insurance. So when DeltaVision, their vision insurance product, needed to gain more traction with brokers and employers, they knew they needed to create a clear and convincing story around why customer would love vision insurance just as much. After researching perceptions around the product, we learned that brokers and employers were really looking for the “easy button” when it came to vision insurance. So we helped reintroduce DeltaVision with a whole new look and a simple value story focused on ease. There was so much positive feedback on the new DeltaVision materials that the dental insurance materials quickly followed suit with a complementary design and visual approach.
